Not denying that, but I think we can all agree that the efforts made are to ensure all accidents are walked from.

He’s an innovator, so what do I know about constantly revering previous decisions that you not have made if you had spent some time deliberating first.

In my area, sport bike riders are more likely to wear gear when compared to the average cruiser/HD rider.

My issue is, and I have to look more into this from a legal standpoint, what if a rider is injured in an accident involving someone and rider/rider’s family makes a demand for more compensation because the rider(s) was more seriously injured as a result of the rider choosing to not wear any gear.

I haven’t been able to find any video but I did find some material in regards to this; based on what is said here, it’s not the exiting the car that is the issue, but entering the car is the pain for the drivers.

The only thing I have heard against the closing of the cockpit that makes sense is to allow the driver to leave easier in the event of a fire.
