You left out a very vital piece of information: Even if you know the road that is covered in water - it may have been washed out due to the water - think sinkhole - only filled with water now - if it’s deep enough you can’t see the pavement you literally can not trust that the surface is still there.

As a teenager, my sister regularly played against Megan Rapinoe and her twin sister.
