I have a beautiful baby boy who I love more than anything because my wife and I pretty much relied on an app. So it goes.

Pretty much everything people think about Salt Lake City is not necessarily inaccurate, but very easily avoided if you live here.

I meant it only in the most literal of ways. Perhaps "attribute" would have been better.

Yes, you flipped it and fast-forwarded. This was a feature of budget models that only had one motor instead of two. It totally sucked.

I agree, I was just trying not to leave any food for trolls. Like bears when I go camping. Better safe than sorry.

I had a similar experience. I credit my Catholic high school biology teacher with my understanding of fundamental scientific principles. We spent at least a month on evolution. Though I acknowledge this anecdotal example may be a-typical.

As a person who spends a lot of time in the North American woods, my number one animal concern isn't predators, it's a momma moose with a calf. I don't see this doing much good under those circumstances.

I saw that movie in a Salt Lake City theater during its initial run, and that line got a huge laugh.

If I remember it *everybody* has to remember it.

Also the setting of the Evil Survivalist Antagonist Camp in the Kevin Costner classic/shitpile, The Postman.

It has always struck me as strange that the flagship exploratory vessel of a post-scarcity egalitarian utopia carried a name paying tribute to capitalist ideals.

You may have missed all of the points.

I also just don't get it. I dragged my through American Gods and was just relieved it was over when I was done. Different strokes, I guess.

One of my favorite movies ever. I fell in love with my wife at least in part because of her appreciation for this gem.

I think they're beautiful. I like the way they move, though I admit my aesthetic sense is influenced by my values on this. Point being: that's just, like, your opinion man.

Yes, that is a Vizsla

He just lost serious benevolent mad scientist points, then.

I'm surprised we haven't heard anything from Elon Musk on space solar. A world of Teslas and Hyperloops powered by Space X satellites? Sounds like just his jam.

Was just going to say this. Thank you.
