I only recently (in the last year) learned pepperoni is an American invention meant to approximate spicy Italian salami, it’s not actually Italian. Interestingly, at my local pizza place “pepperoni” is a standard topping but “salami” (which I prefer) is a premium topping.

I remember being an unadventurous eater of a child when my family went to Scotland in the early ‘90s. I was most pleased to see pizza on the menu of a restaurant that we stopped at while on a road trip.

To be clear, it's not certain that they are cysts. With all the available information from the two sets of mammograms and the ultrasound, they behave and appear like cysts, but only time will tell if they are or not. My BI-RADS score was 3, or "probably benign." That's right in the middle of the scale.
