It’s so good!

Oh Leslie Jordan! You're the sugar in my iced tea.

Hit a politician where it hurts: the ad revenue and stock market.

Zero chance Disney makes anything this adult. pg-13 max.

I thought Daft Cunt broke up. Maybe we can Get Lucky and send this one Around the World.

Kinda a fun story but today I was at City Market just trying to find some black beans and they’ve rearranged all the aisles and for the longest time I could only find the Goya version and the first thought that popped in my head was “Ah fuck you, beans!

Daft Cunt.

I have a sort of visceral feeling of loathing... sort of a Goya beans stomach ache. Is that being triggered? If so, then yes, totes triggered.

If it’s like the rest of the admin, they did, but they people they asked were friends, donors, and family they hired. Those people hired similarly loyal people and there likely was a general practice of never hiring someone smarter than the manager.

Anyone else a little bit triggered by seeing that daft cunt’s face? It just immediately raises my blood pressure and makes me angry. Fuck that family and the additional ptsd they gave me.

Best feature of cabbage is how long it keeps. I threw away too many soggy bags of spinach or arugula before I figured that out. Stick it in the fridge and it keeps on truckin. Like a good neighbor.. cabbage is there.

I’ve only recently become a cabbage lover over the past few years. As a kid I hated veggies, and I couldn’t even tolerate coleslaw. I think it was roasted Brussels Sprouts that changed my opinion on cabbage. Then I couldn’t get enough. It’s so delightful raw, sautéed, roasted, or pickled.  It’s quite versatile.

My personal favourite is Blaukraut (braised red cabbage), seasoned with apples and cloves, and perhaps some cinnamon.

Savage Nobody probably would have been really into the idea of colorblindness if he had been exposed to it at a certain age as he is mixed half-white half-asian with a rather ambiguous* skin tone and got a lot of “what race are you?” questions when he was younger that led to him questioning how others perceived him

I love cabbage so much, and it’s so underrated! I always have a big jar of curtido in the fridge for tacos and chips, and have gotten really into haluski over the past year. Oh, and peanut butter and pickle sandwiches with cabbage and sriracha sound weird but make for a delicious lunch.

Just looked up the Chez Jorge recipe, and I’ll definitely have to try that one! I’m always a little intimidated by things I have to tie, but since it’s cabbage I don’t have to worry about wasting $20 if I ruin it, so that’s a bit less stressful. LOL

“In interviews chefs are usually asked which vegetable is their favorite, and almost without fail they respond “Oh, that’s like asking which child is your favorite. I just can’t choose.”

This. Raw, or in sauerkraut, it’s fine, but cooked always seems to upset my tummy afterward.

Cole slaw was fine, until someone introduced me to grilled Cole slaw. That is much better.
