Simmons is a wonk, sure. But I really blame their atrocious editors: Fennessey, Chris Ryan, and Robert Mays (cokehead). Fennessey and Ryan are ‘00s SPIN white guys who think their takes on hip hop and black culture are somehow credible. They are vile people and good at burning money at the office.
