I think business dress code allows for low heels. I know I think more highly of a woman in low heels, two inches or less, but I am 53. Is it a generational thing?

It is a type of flat iron, a sort of curling iron with flat heated areas instead of round ones, that you can use to iron out any waves or curls in your hair. The tourmaline is supposed to create ions, the value of which I am not clear on.

Dunno as how I agree. I am finally aging out of having mommy friends, thank goodness! Some are regular people with a slight handicap, but so many are never ever available because Sweetums takes all their time. I'm not talking infants. I'm talking soccer moms who can never miss a single game. Moms who constantly flake

Agreed on all points, except the soil. I have returned to my home of SC after living in ME, and the marine clay in Portland was a heck of lot more fertile than the sand around here! The red clay of the upstate isn't much better.

I am the southern-born and raised daughter of two Buffalo, NY parents, and I think you are correct. Very interesting!

It isn't evolution, strictly speaking, of course, but rather the sort of thing where celebrities and rich people have better looking kids on average because at least one parent is very good looking. I wonder, too, if the easier life for whites down South a century of more ago meant that a wife was selected more for

Sexual abuse and no family support. Have you gotten some help dealing with that?

All afternoon? Have you been screened for depression?

Definitelty a neutral manicure! Sounds like you are in a fairly conservative office. Also, a bright or dark manicure suggests you take the time to maintain it, or worse, you don't. Personally, I'd do buffed nails.....

Well, actually, plenty of the sheer kind have plenty of stretch. Just look for a fair amount of spandex/Lycra/elastane. The kind with none are a nightmare....

It's like when the dog barks at the mailman and he goes away. Instant reward! No matter how much the stupid articles try to paint it otherwise, stress eating is instant reward. It is very hard to break. I have been trying nicotine lozenges. Reasonable seeming Internet info suggests that nicotine alone is no worse than

My mom never had a an engagement ring, and she and my dad celebrated 60 years last June. I have a garnet and my husband and I celebrated 22 years last March.

Yes, this.

Beat me to it!

Hey, Claxton and Collin Street Bakery fruitcakes a really good. Made with real fruit, not jujubes, and tons of pecans. Of course, if you don't like raisins or pecans, you won't like these, but sliced thinly, they are quite nice.
