Not 'naivete'…just someone who expects common human decency and not having to play mean to get ahead in life. Elinor has my vote…

I haven't liked Liv since day one of this show, despite watching it for all of the other interesting and/or likeable characters. She has always been a thoroughly self-serving narcissist of a lead! Delighted to know I was right about her all along…

13 was definitely an unlucky number in this case. Here's hoping for much better things to come.

So happy to finally see the much anticipated exit (hopefully!) of Minnick. I mean how many attractive new female staff members, who also just happen to be gay and available, is Shonda planning on introducing for the purpose of keeping Arizona in a relationship? I'd love to see the introduction of a gay male main

Hahaha…nice one!!

Quite literally, given that head-in-a-box-ponytail-psycho played pretty much a similar psychotic creature in "The Following". Shows just how low Scandal has stooped to in this season…

I hope you are right! I don't want to give up on Grey's, as it has picked itself back up in the past when things have started to go askew (Season 4 & 5 were disastrous IMO), so hopefully it'll find its way again. Or maybe I've just outgrown it after all these years :)

A new direction like that would be a welcome change. I predict, however, that Owen's sister is going to miraculously turn up at some point and yet another love triangle will be on the cards for Meredith. Bridget Regan, who tends to play irritating characters in general, was seen portraying her in the flashback

You make some really valid points. Until I read your post, I hadn't actually thought about how many characters they are trying to juggle around in comparison to earlier seasons. Less would most definitely be more in this case. The introduction of new characters can be tricky, as people do not tend to like change.

They're both equally annoying as hell. But nothing in comparison to the level of annoyance that April brings to the show without fail. I have loathed her pitiful selfish character from the first time she appeared. Shonda needs to do a clear out, via another major catastrophe, taking out a few of the most irritating
