Oh wow... When I read that a lactation consultant told her that (milk might come out of armpits if she keeps her fingers and toes crossed), I assumed she meant it facetiously! As in: these quote-unquote "lactation consultants" giving her unsolicited (and often stupid) advice.

Yeah, that's nice... Obviously an ebola case is going to be moved up to the #1 spot in the E.R., ahead of, say, someone who has suffered a major stroke - whose chance of recovery–affecting his/her quality of life forever–diminishes by every minute that passes.
