I know its supposed to be pronounced “fire”, but i keep reading it as “fry”. Then i get confused/hopeful that this was a french fry festival and wonder how they would fuck that up.

like, this was my rent, which I just spent on this thing that’s not happening.
One of the most exhausting and frustrating things in the whole entire world is a privileged white person with oppressive political views getting bent out of shape because someone reasonably makes the logical connection from those political views to personal beliefs and calls her out on it.

The movie is great, although the ending is a little too deus ex machina for me now that I’m an adult. And like most Don Bluth films, it straddles the line between being a kid’s movie and being absolutely not a kid’s movie.
