The classic:

“and making games for a capitalist market.”

Holy crap I just got so much dumber reading this.

In fact Marx had more in common with Smith than Smith did to todays free market fanatics.

there is a 99% possibility that the leftist shitbags who run this site have shadowbanned me

I love how obnoxious screeds like this are always 50% fantasizing your own oppression because it’s the only way even you can imagine your flaccid, poorly constructed diatribe having any weight.

In a rational world that valued outcome as much as intent, this would be greeted as the equivalent of shouting “Heil Hitler”. I don’t care how “well intentioned” you think communism is “on paper”

That’s what makes Marx and Engels so revolutionary. They brought socialism out of the utopian and into the scientific. Marxism is a materialist theory of history and political economy that is scientific, that self corrects and accounts for the various material conditions of those considering revolutionary futures.

Lol shut the fuck up dumbass boomer

Well, now I seriously need that game...

i do appreciate how the above clip of this shoutout was preceded by an ad for mtn dew gamer fuel

I’m not much of a “own the deplorables” kinda guy, but the thought of their twisted little angry faces upon reading about this makes me smile.

Basically convinced me to play Disco Elysium.

Though if you want to read something more accessible than Manifesto, Huey Newton is an excellent place to start. ‘Revolutionary Suicide’ is an incendiary title but the book is excellent and easier to parse than Marx or Lenin.

Obviously, I’m happy about this.

The Communist Manifesto is actually a really good read. It’s pretty short too.

More shoutouts to Marx and Engels are always a welcome thing in this day and age.

Don’t forget Karl Anthony Towns and Townes Van Zandt!

Bullshit. The ‘10s we’re about towns. Shittown, Cumtown, Hollwoodland Handbooktown, whatever show Paul F. Townkins has booked this week. Towns, man.
