While I DO agree with this in principle, this is like asking your significant other what they want for dinner... It NEVER WORKS... Many times people feel awkward asking for things that they want because they think they are frivolous, or too expensive or whatever.

It’s not taboo. You’ve entirely missed the point of gift giving. We don’t ask people what they want because it ruins the surprise. It’s a very functional reason.

Is it really a “Generic” if it’s made by the same company?

Doesn’t matter, people will still equate him with their casually racist uncle.

II think I would be more inclined to put a runny egg over savory oats*, like would be normally done with grits or a hash, than to mix it in while cooking.

Twenty bucks will get you a very nice supply of quality fertilizer, and a lifetime exclusion from all future exchanges for being the one who brought a literal bag of shit to the party.

I don’t know that they’re blaming the organizers, but the national campaign itself. My mom is in rural Michigan, and she stumped for both Obama’s campaigns and Hillary’s this year. She said the difference between the two was staggering.

Agree. These are not omlettes.

I’ve tried this—Okay, fine, my wife has tried this—and rather than omelette-like, we had egg-wad with stuff in it. Hard to keep the egg from pooling at the bottom of the bag, in other words.

Great point. I 100% agree that the real way for things to change is for people to put their money where their mouth is - literally. Don’t want American jobs to go over seas? Stop buying shit made by foreign workers. Don’t like cronyism? Don’t vote for people who will hire cronies.

Honesty, I don’t like this anymore that the you, but I also feel like maybe this is what we deserve. I’m holding an iPhone right now. We all know they’re made by slaves and that the rare earth minerals that make them go are strip mined with little or no environmental regulations probably by children, so that I can

Hey now, my burrito today was pretty heavy.

Imagine that you are wrapping a giant roll of quarters. The cylinder should go at least one and a half times around your roll tape the edge, then fold the edges over like you’re sealing that roll of coins. a piece of tape on each end, and you’re done.

I get what you are writing, either system is perfect.

~62% of the population lives on ~4% of the total landmass of the US. The system is designed so that you have to actually reach out to a broader range rather than simply focusing on the most dense population centers. Hillary ignored union friendly industry states during this election cycle while Trump reached out to

Amendment: derp, the DPP (independence-friendly party) won the general election for the first time in 2000, not 2016, though the KMT held a majority in the legislature.

So, on the one hand, the fact that China convinced the US and the rest of the international community to play along with the fiction that Taiwan is part of China still is bullshit. If Trump had a thought out policy regarding Taiwan’s right to self-determination I’d be nervous but not necessarily against it. However, I

This is a good combo. I’d like to add that over the last few years I, an avowed peanut butter lover, have gotten really into natural peanut butters and have done extensive product testing within the category in order to determine the best peanut butter. This blog comment is as good a place as any to finally reveal my

What I’ve never understood is how costs get that high without anyone taking action. Just like the healthcare.org fiasco/debacle, isn’t anyone watching the costs and saying “Wait a minute. We went over budget in a week and still have 2 years left on the project schedule. Maybe we should reevaluate this.” Or do
