Design is a big factor in how much you like a car. Also the underpinnings were very good already. Fun fact: I bought an Audi A3 Sportback instead of the Mazda 3 back then, explicitly because I could not get over the Mazdas terrifying grin front end. So yeah, such a huge leap in design grants a well deserved mention.

Big bag of nope for me. Those side intakes just look like ass. Not a fan of the base model neither, but at least that had a theme and a purposeful (if ugly and awkward) look. This thing is just disjointed and gaudy.

This right here is the most special feeling sub 60k car on the planet imho. Due to awesome friends, I had the pleasure of hooning around in a Spyder for a day. Such a glorious and breathtakingly beautiful machine. Also, more than comfortable enough to be a daily and the boot size is more than decent for a supercar.
