"Constantly" seems like a bit much. I wouldn't call Rachel's breasts a taboo subject, but talking about whether they're C or D is pretty dumb.

Cool. I know you're not the enemy, and I also know, that, unless the earth is hit by a giant asteroid, Rachel Bloom will be back blowing our minds with a new project after CXGF tanks.

>>. I can't tell you how much I want this to be as good as its best moments.

Yesterday, i got retweeted by Rachel Bloom, and I bring this up not just to name drop, but because I think it speaks to why this was the best episode so far.

I get that you weren't trashing the show, I just felt that you were looking for something negative to hang your review on, as a structural-stylistic device, which I wouldn't take issue with except for the case of an amazing show that appears to be strangling in the ratings. I'd suggest that if there's ever a time

Have you seen Rachel Bloom's music videos? A lot of them deal with dark themes. I love that she's so cute, and so upbeat, but she writes songs about posting revenge porn of her ex-boyfriend, and dying in your twenties, and feeling like shit after a breakup. I've only been aware of this woman for a couple of weeks,

You know, last week, Rebecca had a long inner monolgue (in musical form, of course) where she indulged in obsessive fantasies about violently consuming Josh's girlfriend, Valencia, including some bona fide Silence of the Lambs type stuff… and then, Rebecca tried to fuck Valencia. Did they ever do THAT on Full House?

Yeah, and if he was cheating on her ten years ago, it wasn't the last time.

I love this show, but part of the fun is going to be to see how long they can walk this tightrope of dark painful themes and hilarious musical comedy. I can't imagine this going on more than one season, but if it does, I'm sure I'll be tuning in.

I never heard of the CW before this year, and now I'm addicted to Crazy Ex Girlfriend, Jane the Virgin and iZombie

I've been binge watching Crazy Ex Girlfriend all week on Hulu, in spite of the fact that there's only one episode!

Not a good movie, but a great Christmas special. The perfect sendup for all that Hallmark channel bullshit. I love it because it allows me to feel festive AND cynical at the same time, resolving my yearly Christmas struggle. Because Christmas is BOTH a crass, cynical engine to pump up consumerism and the economy
