Here's the trailer with that line (around the 1:35 mark) - really hard to tell which episode it's from since it's a confessional. It also sounds like it may be taken out of context and could be even be cutting off a clip of her in the finale saying "when I got sent home I felt like I never should've come back"

I actually think it might - its impossible to know exactly what he's feeling inside, but carrying on for days and being up at 3am tweeting about these things sure suggests a high level of emotion around it
