I know I'm a little late to the party (we are several episodes behind in

Katims/Zwick/Herskovitz reference Todd! That's why I love reading these
reviews so much

Great review, I agree with your comments. I enjoyed the first two episodes enough to keep watching but I'm not sure they will be able to pull off a balance between creating characters we care about (and care about loosing) and the action/sci-fi elements. Here's hoping!
