That's the same reason I'm not buying a single video game until it's 100% photo realistic.

Some people think being negative about everything constitutes intelligent analysis. Leap in visual fidelity? "Who cares? What about gameplay? Herp." Billions being sunk into immersive vr that has the potential to deliver giant leaps for fidelity and gameplay? "It's just a fad, dummies! Derp."
This is sort of my issue whenever people say that the VR is the future. I'm actually quite interested in VR but I don't think it's going to replace gaming as we know it. It's certainly a future of gaming, but traditional forms of games are always going to exist.
I'm playing my second run through as evil, and I find myself obliterating tons of helpless civilians into gradually disintegrating piles of ash not because I'm embracing Delsin's evil side, but simply because I love the particle effects that happen.
During the last days I watched some let's plays for Infamous 1 & 2 and I was mighty impressed how great Infamous 2 looked. It is amazing how much they improved from part 1...If they were able to improve so much on PS3 back then makes you wonder how the next game on PS4 is gonna look!

I am clairvoyant, so I don't need to see it to know that it will suck, just like Heath Ledger in The Dark Knight. Also, my consciousness time travels, so it will impact my childhood. Somehow. And I don't know what a producer does, so I will assume that everything in this movie is because of Michael Bay. ANd how dare…
And if somebody wants to lose a lot of weight (though, this certainly seems extreme), that's their decision. However, they shouldn't feel compelled to do so to meet preconceived notions that other people have or unrealistic artistic renditions. They should do it for themselves.
Why would I want to upgrade my console in 3 years? That's the whole point of consoles, you don't have to upgrade them.
Or you know, console games like Infamous Second Son, Drive Club and to a certain degree, the Last of Us (with bounce lighting from dynamic lights) which already use real time global illumination/radiosity systems.
Games that are designed specifically for standardized hardware can be extremely pretty, Second Son is by…
For those wondering what's so special about UE4's lighting, it uses a new technique called Voxel-Cone Tracing, where an approximation of the world's lighting is made in real time using a sparse-voxel octree. A cone between voxels is used to estimate how the light bounces around the scene, so what we end up with is a…
This man/woman basically put what I'm saying more eloquently. When you grow up you realize you were a fucking moron when you were younger. If you're in your 20s you're still an idiot despite what you may think.
Yeah, when I was 21 I "loved" stuff enough to put it on my body too, and it was stupid. Thank God I had the foresight to restrict it to my upper arms, but it's still awkward around kids or at gatherings of respectable people where they show.
The band Korn used to mean a lot to me when I was young and I'd definitely regret it if I got a tattoo of their band name. They were awesome at the time, but then I grew up and realized I was a fucking moron when I was young, just like everyone else was.
Attention whoring and ruining a perfectly fine body at its best. I have nothing against tattoos, but this is just fucking stupid. All these people are going to regret the retarded shit they permanently put on their bodies when they're older.
Some exec had a bunch of bad ideas. I still can't get over that the minimap in Titanfall doesn't tell me which ones are my XBL party members, like ever other FPS game ever made.
Egads no! ...but Superman Returns, that with VR would be sweet.
