I used to feel this way about my assault until I went to therapy. One of the best parts of therapy was having her validate that I was in fact assaulted and it DID count.

I’ve said it before too, but I’ve never been harassed or touched in a public bathroom. I have, however, been harassed and touched at church and in my own home as a child.
