I usually cut open the passion fruit as mentioned, spoon out the seeds into my blender with some water and a little sugar, and blend away. After blending until the seeds have separated from the fruit pulp (usually 1-2 minutes in my magicbullet), I strain it and voila !!! Instant passion fruit juice! Sooo yummy!!!!
