I'm not going to vote Crackpipe, because you couldn't get into one for cheaper. That said, for the money, (or less than the money), I'm going to go with a Lancia Integrale.

I was hoping for the BEV Transit Connect.

Since people are bringing up the fact that they never see these on the road, I would like to take the opportunity to mention that I have personally been on the 401 in close proximity to:

Scenario One:

@Feds: THAT's why I was looking at BRATS:

I was just looking at Brats yesterday (can't remember why though...)

I'm confused. Wouldn't the Passat be a better choice for a GolfeR?

@buzz killington: Audi (TT), Lotus (M100 Elan), Fiat (850 Spyder), Porsche (ALL flatmotors), and numerous others disagree

@Feds: And the C3 corvette, obviously with chrome bumpers.

@Feds: Early spitfires. A lot of gorgeous in a tiny package. Probably the most densely beautiful car ever built.

@Feds: The F50 for shear wackiness

@Feds: Previous generation XK8/R. Just beautiful from any angle, + Grace, pace, space.

I don't see it mentioned, so I will start with the Z8. A car that you forget about due to its underwhelming performance spec, but then you see one and KNOW it's right.

@UDMan: It's Tuesday in Connecticut? You east-coasters really do live in your own world. Here in Ontario, it's Wednesday already.

I had Bagheera once, took 3 rounds of antibiotics to stop the itching. Don't even ask about the anal leakage.

Maybe this is the reason that I am not an auto executive, but...
