Having driven multiple EVs for extended periods of time, I’m in the camp of once you’ve driven 1, you’ve driven them all. But at least it’s a coupe...that weighs more than an SUV. However, I am interested in the fake exhaust notes and see if it can alleviate my boardem with EVs in general.

every other brand is making efficient and cleaner V8s with electrification and doing some really innovative things. You can go cleaner without completely axing your crown jewel, and as long as it sounds good and goes fast, the consumer won’t really care...Well it’s also gotta be reliable.

You can get a Chevy Equinox EV base model with 319 miles stated range for under $30k. In practice (with mostly city driving), mine gets around 330 miles of range.

I wouldn’t believe a thing Tesla says until I see a sub 30k Tesla in my neighbor’s driveway.  I put very little stock in what Elon says.

Everything is dead at Tesla with Elon Musk name on it. I’d rather drive an 1959 Edsel.
