Each of the Big 3 is in a different position on Hybrids.

It’s funny, because GM was basically the first that started to hybrid-ize “normal” vehicles. Remember the hybrid Silverado, Tahoe and Malibu? Those things came out in like 2004, 20 fuckin’ years ago.

The rate reflects the risk to the lender. And as we can see, that rate probably wasn’t high enough to justify the risk. 

The only way this makes sense is if he rolled over negative equity on his tradein. And by “sense”, I mean mathematical sense not cognitive sense.

As stupid as this all is, it feels fantastically American. Big trucks. Large debt payments. Have now, pay later attitude. Wingeing over the debt payments. Just needs a video complaining about how their property taxes are too high.

This is why you need to hug your kids so they don’t grow up, make stupid decisions in their life and then feel the need to brag about it publicly.
