Agreed. Tesla had a major “first” mover advantage (they weren’t technically the first, but you get the point); but Elon and the board squandered it. And yes, I hold the board responsible too, because their fiduciary duty should be to the shareholders and not the overlord.

Isn’t this pretty much par for the course with luxury EVs? Lucid, EQS, Taycan, eTron GT, all seem to lose about 50% of their value rather quickly, even with extremely low mileage. I think the used market prices are just reflecting what most buyers are thinking: “those EVs were overpriced to begin with.”
