I’m sure the PR value they’ll get from this is far above what the car cost them.

I have cleaned a substantial amount of mud and a bit of manure off my boots on those nice little brushes.

Part of me feels like there’s a little FOMO involved, especially when noting how they tend to stand around afterwards, possibly discussing what just happened and how they took part. It’s kind of like ‘water-cooler’ talk, can’t be missing out on being part of the experince when it’s talked about later. “Yeah, yeah, I

There’s already a thread about it, of course.

Correct. 3rd gen had 4 wheel independent suspension and the 92-94 SE's got double overhead cams and made 190 hp. 30 hp more than the GXE's with single overhead cams. I had 2 3rd gen SE's  and 2 4th gen GXE's, all with manuals. All of them were fun, but the 3rd gens had a feel of weight to them that you equate with the

Sorry to be pedantic, but they were called Orcs in Warhammer, too. Orks didn’t start being spelt with a K until Warhammer 40K.

That’s something I honestly couldn’t tell you, but since you mention it the gen 4's didn’t seem to have quite the same “4 Door Sports Car” feel.

Exactly. I have a G35x with 175,000 miles, and it’s an unbelievable car. Interior quality wasn’t great and radio controls are spotty. But it rides like an LS400 and turns like an IS300, with better wet and winter grip than anything else I’ve ever driven short of a Subaru (including Audi and other VAG). It has an old-sc

I’ve been spending a lot of time creating superhero logos and car designs. These are some of the ones I’ve made so far.

I liked the look of the early 90s generation.  After that I thought it looked too bulbous.

There was a window in the mid 2010's where CPO G37s were the bargain daily driver.  You could easily pick up a low-mileage, excellent condition one for mid-low 20's, and drive the wheels off of it (since maintenance on them is pretty darned cheap).  By the latter portion of the 10's though, they were getting pretty

I use anime titty mouse pads for the comfort” is the new “I read Playboy for the articles.”

Ford Panther platform was from 1979-2012, 33 years.

It’s the old LH platform with Mercedes suspension design. Always has been.

So if it does turn out that this was the result of a police chase, hoooo boy. Will we finally be able to get through to people that police need to stop engaging in high speed pursuits?

Yea, and the weird thing is that this isn’t much slower than a 370z now, less than half a second in the 1/4. Such a crazy good deal.

As much as I want to hate this, it is correct. This is another inexpensive RWD Coupe.

Me too. I was looking at used 370Zs and BMW 128i/135i but prices are so idiotic right now. I’d rather spend $30k on a new GR86 than a 10 year old 370z/128i/135i with 100k miles on the odometer.

Which is exactly what’s great about it. Everything is AWD now. Name another inexpensive manual RWD coupe.
