My partner has told me on numerous occasions that her life goals include “never own a car.” She also claims to have “car blindness” and will sometimes go stand next to random vehicles of a similar color to mine when leaving the movie theater or shopping mall or whatever. These cars are never the same model as my car

Forza Horizon 4 on a handheld system....interesting!

I probably had my last car *slightly sideways* (enough to need oppositelock, but not necessarily full on drift) 4-5 hundred times over the 13-ish years I owned it. Never once spun it on public roads or had any sort of incident. Granted, i live where its wet all the time. I did however, spin it in an empty parking lot

My friend was working from home when he saw someone drive past his window after stealing his car that was parked right outside his house. He got in his other car and tried to follow but really by the time he even got outside they were gone.

Heh, mine was a 4-banger, convertible, auto. And like the OP, i wasn’t particularly impressed. The thing is, it wasn’t the drivetrain that was disappointing to me, more the form factor and interior, though the convertible top was probably somewhat responsible for the cramped interior space.

If Porsche finds out about your widget they’ll make it a $3000 option.

My friend and I both unashamedly love these things, despite not knowing a single person who has owned one. I think the styling is pretty fantastic for what it is.

Yeah, and if they were going to commit to every single car having the same interior, what they’ve gone with isn’t awful. I hugely prefer it to what Mercedes is doing with the single giant horizontal screen for instance.

Pshaw, that’s what you get for driving a mundane little car. Next time buy a Supra so you can experience that feeling when ANYONE opens a window, not just your kid.

I dunno. It’s somewhere between “fine” and “good” for me. I’m not a fan of the front triangles on the 240i, nor am I a fan of how the rear taillights look like they’re too far apart.

There’s an old saying, (and i’m paraphrasing here, but I think i’ve captured the gist of it.)

My friend tried a previous generation CVT WRX at a press event (he works for road and track) and thought it was broken. But it wasn’t.

This is what “good news” looks like in 2021 for performance car enthusiasts.

Counterpoint: it’s not a slideshow.

Very intentionally left off the list.

I’ll settle for a map.

Oh, that was FS? it all makes sense now.

Former co-worker of mine used to commute in this. Perfect interior, stock drivetrain (auto though.) It was nice to see.

From what I can see this one of the least ugly things Mitsuoka has made

Like you just don’t care....
