I've been looking to add strength training to my regimen, but I can't afford to add gym time in and I don't have room for exercise equipment at home. I really am excited by the idea of bodyweight training, but I can't find bodyweight strength training targeted to runners. Does anyone have any experience here?
They just pushed it to May 15th on Amazon.
Well, it looks a lot better. It is still *far* from intuitive, though. It really needs to walk you through an initial setup or something, otherwise it'll never get more than hardcore power users.
Your links to previous parts seem to go into something called Zodiac and demand login credentials.
Cilantro. Eggs are always better with cilantro, especially if you throw a little assiago in there.

How are you defining primary machine? I do most of my chatting and email on my tiny little Eee Pc. Watching video, streaming media, real work? Desktop. It really depends on the application.
Smalltown isn't perfect
Zack, being from Biddeford myself, I know what you mean (and given where you're from, Biddeford is a bigger town) Small towns have some major pluses, but they aren't Mayberry. The movies either show them as perfect or as a horrible trap to escape. It's more complex than that.
Digsby. Gives me all of my IM's, facebook, TWITTER.
You can also just point the mouse at the tabs and scroll for the same effect, unless that is from one of the add-ons I am running.
Ummm I installed it, and it just killed my scrollwheel. I like the other features, but if I can't turn the scrollwheel back on, I'm killing it.
I've been using message sling, but this transcribing is pretty nifty.
