I love that every time Tammy comes back she is in pretty much the same storyline and the episodes never feel dull and are hilarious. Leslie's Megan Mullaly (Karen) impressions were hilarious!

Does anybody know why they got rid of Alex's therapy sessions? They only did one episode on it, but it was really powerful and we got a great insight into Alex's character.
