That’s the thing, it’s not *that* much better than those other rocket launchers, but it is *better*. So since it’s better (even if it’s not by much), It’s tagged as a “necessary” weapon because it really is the best.

I don’t even have a Gjallarhorn, but many many many of my boss strategies are “Hey, let’s shoot the hell out of this thing with our rocket launchers.”

Even after this update, the Gjallarhorn will still be a *very* strong and *very* viable weapon to use. It won’t hurt to have it in your arsenal, but it just won’t be as *ridiculous* as it once was. It’s an exotic, and a rare one at that, so the don’t want it to not be something special and useful to use.

The way they are balancing it is by reducing the damage of DoT down to 1/3 of what it originally did *always*. So the first shot that you get on a player in PvP won’t almost get killed from that one shot. And landing two shots on the same person, the DoT will still be 2/3 of what it used to be. And by the 3rd and 4th

Is it actually going to take a day for the codes to be emailed or will they be sent semi-instantly?

Was AW’s Zombies any good?

It’s not something I worry about ever really. I’m just defending that stance and that reasoning behind it. I don’t have clingy friends or ones that care most of the time. Nor do I care. If I’m playing a game alone, I just ignore invites that I get (if I get any at all). And if I get a message, I’ll respond to it.

But there are also a number of things that the PS4’s PSN does that the X1’s XBL does not... I have both consoles and they both have things I love that the other console does not.

See, that’s the thing. Not everyone will use every single feature. That’s why they are *options*. That’s why we have the choice to enable/disable certain notifications. Because some people want those, while other people do not. And others are completely indifferent. It’s simply an option/feature that would be nice to

Yeah, I guess it would depend on how the infrastructure is built. But it might be possible to activate that privacy setting during time that you’re offline, but disable that privacy setting when you are online. It wouldn’t be anything groundbreaking. It could be a simple if-then statement, or it could be something

Well when it’s a close friend of mine, or someone I just care about, I do care about their feelings. I don’t want them to think I’m ignoring them or don’t care, especially if I have a string of days where I keep to myself instead of playing with other people. I’d rather not have them feel bad. Because if I was online

It could easily be programmed that when appearing “offline”, any and all activity isn’t shown during the duration of that time. Simple as that.

If anything, they should be dimmed out and permanently placed at the bottom of the library until redownloaded. Or at least have the option to hide them or something.

I would just like *any* hint of organization. There’s no way to customize what is readily shown to you... And there should be.

I literally did not notice that the PS4 didn’t have online notifications until just now reading this article... How did I not notice that O.O

It’s not childish, and it’s not dramatic either. It’s about privacy, not about anything else. Sometimes you don’t want to be “connected” in the way you normally are. Some people just want to sit in their living room in complete privacy, as if they weren’t even connected to the internet. You don’t want people to know

Some people are literally barraged with invites and messages when they come online. Some people just want to play in private without interruption. If tons of people are sending you invites, you don’t want to have to send them messages that you don’t want to play. Some people take it personally if you just ignore them.
