These aren’t terrible films, but it’s getting absurd to see the amount of praise lavished on decent popcorn action flicks because everyone has seemingly agreed that we’re going to continue this charade that they’re great movies so we can all feel hip.

I don’t even remotely agree.

Eh, seriously? This is only a big deal if you’re watching movies and TV shows outside your home without a connection on a consistent basis. That seems like a very small percentage of users.

I still maintain that his first movie was fantastic. It got hit hard for being a reboot happening so soon after the original, but I felt it was the first movie to truly encapsulate the character of Spider-Man.

I get that Bolt is famous so he deserves mentioning, but seriously — nothing about the fastest top-to-bottom men’s 400-meter dash in history from yesterday?

You clearly never saw his 19.19.

So anything that’s slowly paced in this world is inherently bad? Can’t say I agree even remotely. I thought the debut was a fantastic glimpse at exactly how people would react to the zombie outbreak beginning.
