That's why we talk about climate change, or climate disruption. In some places the climate is already dangerously disrupted. The western US is a case in point.

I should add, this only works for birds that are to some degree accustomed to humans. For those that aren't, you need a hide. Many of these should not be allowed to become accustomed to humans for safety reasons. Others are rightly shy.
