Yeah a lot of people who carry guns assume they are the only person in the world who is going to have a gun on them that day. A buddy of mine got involved in a road rage incident years ago in Detroit and the guy pulled a gun. My buddy also had a gun so it turned into two guys with drawn guns staring each other down

That being said, did the police officer identify himself as such? Give proper commands? That part of the story is a little unclear as of right now. Hopefully there’s footage somewhere.

I’m highly skeptical of the cop’s story. Why would a guy point a gun at a driver he hit in his reckless driving? Considering cops’ short tempers, wouldn’t it be the other way around?

Another factless article on the Root. Here are some details from actual journalist;

I’m going for criminal charges for the bus driver.  Damaged air brakes would have failed closed not open.  This thing could have stopped long before then, especially with the extra 4 wheels in front of it helping it slow down.

Probably not, modern air brakes don’t apply the brakes when you step on the pedal, the air pressure keeps them open so when you push the pedal down, it’s releasing pressure from the system. This way, if you lose air pressure in the system, the vehicle will stop.

Over 1300 feet! Either the bus was unfit to be on tbe road, or the operator refused to stop due to a little road rage.

I was born in ‘86 and I remember being more into the looks of the Diablo than the Countach.

Nobody asked you.

Can an adult sit in the back seat?

1. Why is it not okay to not be afraid?

“everyone is free to get the vaccine” - true, but it you don’t, you’re not just putting yourself at risk, YOU’RE PUTTING OTHERS AT RISK YOU STUPID, SELFISH IDIOT.

I had to show proof that my vaccines were all up to date to go to school. There is a precedent for requiring vaccines to participate in society.

1A. I’m also not afraid of it because chances are that when I die, it will be of something fatal, and I’ll be able to go home to Heaven

The secret sauce to the crosstrek is a trifecta of affordability, versatility and capability.

The more you drive it the more you feel like you’re getting away with something. Other people on the road are buying what they think they need. You’re driving actually what you need.

Fast forward many years and Ford stuffs a Eco-Boost 6 in the Ford GT.... Pisses off all the “car guys” (who don’t understand how physics work.

Not sure what shows you went to that were “no touch.” All of the major shows have most of the major manufacturer models available to sit in.

Possibly, it would likely depend on the install. It’s more likely that it just makes it possible to do such a run, when you wouldn’t do so in a stock version.

The RS3 in question was reportedly fitted with the same Pirelli Trofeo-R semi-slick rubber customers can option from the dealer. Tire pressures were adjusted for the Nürb, and a proper roll cage and racing seats were fitted to keep Stippler safe and firmly planted while he did all the hard work.
