I’m guessing that the rights to the licensed music in the game are long expired, 2K doesn’t think it’s worth it to renew them, and they don’t want to release the game with a butchered soundtrack. Mafia II was delisted from everything about half a year ago for the same reason.

Agreed. The original Mafia was taken off of Steam a few years ago, the physical PC version is super expensive, and the Xbox version isn’t backwards compatible with Xbox 360. Pretty much the only way for me to play is it to pirate it.

Jimmy Smits was in the prequels. But that was a very minor role.
