"This f*ckin guy, am I right?"

I bow to you sir, for taking the time to explain such a complicated issue.I went through college trying to explain the same thing to my fellow idealist students to no success. As you said is very difficult to understand the predicament cubans find themselves in when you are born and raised in a democracy.

Very simple the embargo denies the regime the ability to consolidate any further than it already has. Without it there would be no reforms whatsoever. The would have even less preasure than they have now.

There have been interviews stating how they dont want to do Japan. Its too easy and its pandering. There is much more interesting things to explore that they already have great setups for like everyone in the Sanctuary.

I think they've wanted to stretch their legs and explore historical settings largely untouched by video games (hence the Crusades, Renaissance Italy, and American Revolution). Japan and ninjas has been done to death, so is likely a "panic button" for Ubisoft when interest in the series turns downhill. One last

Thats because the reference cooler that AMD uses for the 290x is crap. A good cooler can wick most of the heat off of the card and make the 290x run in the 60deg range like the MSI twin frozr one.

Great post. I have an EVGA 670 FTW, which is still great for 1080, but bought a 1440 monitor and its barely cutting it. I'm gonna upgrade but I'm waiting for the reasons you said.

Hah... I'm right there with you. I miss the days of great RTS campaigns. SC2 still has them but the other franchises like AoE and C&C seem only interested in multiplayer, sadly. Plus MOBAs are pretty much taking over the market and they have almost no noncompetitive play.

Yep unless water cooling, wait for better coolers on R9 290X.

I agree with this man. I have a feeling that AMD will refresh their GPU soon as well to fix the heat issues.

Actually I'd say what he described sounds completely normal and a lot of people hold the same attitude. Most are just less honest that they feel that way. It's difficult to feel genuine empathy for strangers. It's not simply that we feel disconnected, we literally are. The common reaction to terrible things happening

Then it probably is depression. A bad life and having something to be depressed about is called ... well, it doesn't have a name. It's just being sad. Clinical depression, on the other hand, is defined as feeling depressed (flat, down, low... it varies) even though there is no real reason for it. It's because of a

Or perhaps you're drawn to RPG's because you are emotionally numb. It's not beyond the realm of possibility that people are drawn to the same activities for different reasons. "Studies" like this one are proof positive that you cannot apply objective, positivist criteria (like the scientific method) to subjective

While I do have the same mind set when it comes to life, for me it just the way I have always viewed the world. When anyone ask I always say I'm a Gentleman and an Asshole. I am a big RPG player myself so I'm glad that others have the same minds same.(though tbh I'm trying to improve a little)

I'm the same way fdisk.

LEEEEEEEEEEROY

Geeked out so hard. Bad 90's mullet Supes and the Red/Blue Supes that DC seems to actively avoid acknowledging.

Seeing DCAU Superman alongside Kingdom Come Superman made me so incredibly nerd happy.

"Used to be?" For my money, Superman has always been pretty awesome. Yeah, his comics aren't always well written (although the current Superman/Batman team up series is excellent) but when Superman is done well, there's no superhero who has more potential to inspire.

Pete Holmes (Prof X) also plays College Humor's Badman, which is damn funny.
