Yes we store eggs in the fridge. I've only recently read that it is not needed. However, it is a hard habit to break after a lifetime of refrigerating eggs. I remember when I was younger I had a friend whose family refrigerated peanut butter.

A bit off topic but your second paragraph is why I gave up on the new 52. DC just dumped that essential part of Superman. He is more human than most of humanity. The writers no longer know this.

I'm a cop, misconceptions? Where to start?

Of course there wouldn't be enthusiasm. Liberal tolerance is a one-way street.

I have to disagree, I thought the Chainfire Trilogy at the end was the best work in the series.

I was the exact opposite. I really liked American Gods, so I read Anansi Boys and really didn't enjoy it that much.

I felt the same way. I've read it twice. I loved Francisco's money speech. But Galt's speech doesn't really add to the story. It is a very long summery of what we've already read throughout the book and really kills the flow of the story.

Same boat. I wanted to like this book but could not get into it at all.

I've read this many times. My first time was 1990 when I was a freshman in high school. I have recommended it to many people, after the movies came out, more people asked about it. I have had some people enjoy it and some not be able to finish.

I read it before the movie last year because I wanted to read before watching. It was a decent read, however, after reading the sequels, where Andrew is older, are far better. Ender's Game is really an intro for the larger story that take place after this story.

I tried to read Dune last year. I had wanted to read it for a while. I just could not get into it. I usually force myself to finish books, even if I'm not enjoying them, but I just couldn't finish it. And this was one I really wanted to enjoy, but just couldn't.

Come on, Ben Reiley was great. The Scarlet Spider was a pretty tame design for the time.

As I read the story I was chuckling to myself thinking about what the comments would be and you're right, the irony of the comments are hysterical.

Wasn't Buffy supposed to end with season 5?

They weren't dead after the pilot, a lot of people thought that but the writers have said that it is not the case. They survived the plane crash and everything that happened to them happened "for real". The only time we saw purgatory was the flash sideways in season seven.

I was coming here to say Runaways. This would make a wonderful show.

Let's have Skippy in the EP 7

No, you're doing it wrong. You have to have a much longer post. With a link to your blog, and you have to take a morally superior stance.

Because men don't care. If we don't like something, we move along.

Filtered bacon grease mixed with parafin wax makes a nice smelling candle.
