They could have easily just used an existing motor from any other established manufacturer instead of trying to develop one with old, proven technologies. There are plenty of 4 cyl motors to choose from and probably quite more with 3 cyl or less from the motorycle manufacturers.

Actually they did presented the Aztek concept, and it wasn't that bad, at least the "reviews" for the concept were positive.

Well I agree that there's a lot of concept cars which do not seem to accomplish anything tangible, but I think that most of the cars companies and/or designers are doing it wrong.
