If the rumor proves true, I’m outta there. No one I know really used the chat side of hangouts. It’s too easy to not have to wrangle with another app for a lotta people. Use the 7 digits and go, versus sending request, accepting, etc. The people I usually communicate with just aren’t techy like that.
