Depends how much you love cilantro. I make a cilantro-pumpkin seed (pepita) pesto and it’s delicious. But then I routinely throw chopped cilantro into salads, cilantro stems into broths and legumes etc 

This. You can make an infinite variety of pestos, mixing different herbs and nuts, with or without Parmesan. I often do cheese-leas, or add nutritional yeast if I want to keep it vegan but I want to keep the cheesy flavour.

I don’t have children so I’m not entirely sure how this works in the US but if you’re poor don’t you qualify for free lunches anyway? So in theory the parents not paying their debt earn enough that they have to pay for lunches rather than getting them free? Or does that vary state by state?
