I was never a big fan of the franchise but KH feels like it went from a delightful romp through Disney and Final Fantasy franchises, where each Developer just HAD FUN to something like a corporate shell. Devoid of actual “fun”, with each world and each plotpoint planned for maximal profit, while also showing, that

this was my first fromsoft game, I played it for 110 hours and finished it! I got every achievement except the multiple endings. and now I look forward to never touching this nightmare of a game again.

110 hours in and I’m still finding things to do. I feel like I’m trying to postpone ‘beating’ the game as much as I can because I know I won’t have any desire to start all over in NG+. Definitely want to complete as much as I can before DLC starts coming out, though that’s months away I bet.

I really wish they’d spent more time making the combat actually feel good since it’s the main way you engage with this game past the exploration. 99% of the time it feels like they have rules in place that the player must follow but their enemies/bosses can break willy-nilly.

Its pretty shocking how poor the netcode continues to be and how I’ve seen zero attempt at anyone holding FROM accountable for it.

Scarier still is the fact that Carian Retaliation seems to be bugged during online play. While players can see opponents use the skill and the daggers it creates, the subsequent attack is invisible, making it very hard to avoid even if you know what to expect.

Large portions of this review sound like sorry attempts to sell FromSoftware’s usual jank as genius game design.

I like to leave useful messages. Getting randomly healed when someone approves it is pretty neat.

The true successor to the SWAT series and truly one of the best experiences of the year.  If you don’t like tactical shooters don’t -lay them - no need for an 80o word article

It’s foreign to you, your understanding of NFTs is minimal. Just like older people who refuse to use or touch computers.

So, I’m totally onboard with this article and the complexities of racial inclusion. And my definite thought on the matter is that they should have just added more unique POC NPCs to the cities, and kept the “redesigning” of existing NPCs to a minimum.

Now, now, I’m sure the Epic Store is just charging more to off-set the rising cost of shipping and manufacturing all those disks to stores across the country.

from the multiplayer demos earlier this year you can tell they were still balancing the weapons. but I think that they might have reworked the story. the game got delayed last year when they brought in Joseph Staten so I’m thinking he rewrote at least some of the story which is why the devs couldn’t work on adding new

It’s absurdly stupid that the game was allowed to launch without features that the series has had for 20 years.

I’m absolutely loving the game, but you’re right: this game clearly needed another year in development before releasing. Anecdotally speaking, two of my friends have refused to buy it because of the lack of co-op, another refuses to play it on gamepass for the same reason, and one of THEIR friends has refused, as a

Seeing the state that it’s in today, it kind of makes you wonder exactly what they were originally planning on releasing a year ago lol.

Currently, winning, losing, playing poorly, or leading your team doesn’t give you more or less XP towards your battle pass. This has led to players not playing objective and just farming XP by idling in matches.”

Wait....what?

Nothing’s changing, they’re just dropping the name. So....what’s the client called now? Are we just supposed to call it “Blizzard Tech Video Game Client and E-Shop”?

Seems counter-intuitive to rebrand everything as super generic “Blizzard X” services.

Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn. This is the exact kind of celebrity gossip that I need to balance out the horror that is this election year.
