I bet Samsung wishes they kept the removable battery thing going... They could have just sent people new batteries. Now they gotta send a whole phone.

I wouldn’t trust the stores to have all the info yet, they are just barely getting the replacement inventory out this week. Try them in a week or two, and they may have received better guidance from Samsung by then. Or call Samsung directly. (Also, they might be trying to prioritize the replacements for those that do…
