TLDR; The president cant decide important decisions because two teams in DOTA2 cant play a tournament against eachother.

I hate to ruin the show, but making a second shoe is pretty simple. Scaling a 3d model to be so small it goes into a negative value will cause it to be flipped... And... Upside down. Takes 3d-artists of obscure problem-solving literally 2 seconds.
