I don't think Jax set Tara up. I do, however, believe that her arrest provided him with a clean solution for his problem. With Tara in jail, he won't have to worry about keeping his family in Charming. Granted, Tara, in theory, is a fundamental part of such a family, but I interpreted the last scene to signify that

Really, Walter?! You fancy yourself a criminal mastermind but somehow failed to realise the dangers of leaving two bugs covered with your fingerprints in Hank's office?!

Tate is Constance's son… that may explain his homophobia and/or conflicting feelings towards homosexuality

I loved this episode. Last week (well, "the other" last week) had left me feeling uneasy about where the series would go from the "I'm pregnant" ending. Never in a million years would I have imagined the writers (after the last not-so-good seasons) would be able to pull something like this off, in such en elegant,

I think that may be possible! But if so, I wonder where her body is.

I like your theory of "exile" because, otherwise, why did Constance move out of a house that held the ghosts of her loved ones?

"Funny" how last episode Jax threatened to smash Clay's hand so hard against the table he would never ride again, and on this week's episode Tara is the one getting such hit, also leaving her unable to do what she loves the most.

What a waste of Mos Def. I really enjoyed his performance, even when the material was ridiculous. That's all. One shouldn't take "Dexter" too seriously.

Maybe Clay being exiled is worst than him being killed. I loved the scene where Jax tells him (SPOILER) he would pound his hands so hard on the table he would never ride again, because it remained me that sometimes death is not the worst option or the most feared outcome.
