Honestly, Monty did get a decent garden and the sun shining on his face (just in space) and a beautiful family that, while lonely, were finally at peace. It’s really the nicest, most noble death in comparison to any other deaths on the show. He had a choice of putting himself in cyro-sleep after finding the other

I would love the next season, even just for a little bit, to focus on them building something new rather than just fighting all the time.

This was mentioned in the episode, rather hurriedly, but there was another ship that went to that new planet back before “Apocalypse One”, but no word ever came back from it. So there will probably be a functioning human society on the planet about 150 years old. there could also be some sort of native sentient life

Seriously, WHAT A FINALE this was.

You don’t seem like a troll so I’m just going to tell you that trying to brush off Roseanne’s behavior as a symptom of mental illness reinforces negative views of mental illness, thereby creating an excuse to justify shitty behavior.

That’s a spot where Marian’s “ghost” has often appeared. (It gets me every time. “Hey, there’s a girl ther...! Oh, right, it’s Marian”).

Another great one: The log at the Suicide clearing had a word written on it when Camille first showed it off (didn’t catch what it said), and then was gone when she looked again.

‘along with whatever the hell those boys did to her in that shack’

Really hoping they right the ship after the nonsense of last season, which started off promisingly before going off the deep end (I still can’t believe Kara’s reaction to her mom being alive was basically a shrug).

Pretty annoyed this didn’t get weekly reviews.

The show has been really strong so far; I’m kinda bummed there haven’t been reviews of every episode.

My mind is telling me no, but my Buffy fandom, my Buffy fandom is telling me yeee-esss.

Why don’t they just continue the story with a new slayer? Wait...did all girls/women become slayers in the end? I’d rather see a Fray show.

A black slayer will be awesome, but can the show get a name change?

That would make sense

I don’t know if the slump Kyle mentioned was that big of a deal. Even if it felt a little familiar, the show did a pretty good job holding my attention until the fireworks start, presumably in the next episode.

I love and hate the whole Lexa backlash stuff. On one hand, it’s a testament to the writing and acting that the character landed so well, and was so devastating to see go. On the other hand, a show like The 100 shouldn’t be precious about killing off its characters with such high stakes... and it has been fairly

The director is very good at the stream-of-consciousness edit; this is Big Little Lies without Malibu.

On the plus side, there are no more breaks until the end of the season.

Are you sure the discontinuity wasn’t intentional? It would seem to me that the easiest way to ensure perfect continuity would have been to use the same footage twice, then make separate cuts as each character’s POV diverged from the other’s. That way, any discontinuity would signal a different POV.
