The law in Ohio is very similar and allows you to lead an unmarked car to a safer area. It also says you can ask the officer to call a marked car. But I sure wouldn't try it. I don't know anybody who tested that law but it sounds to me like a sure fire way to visit the county lock up for a couple of nights.

We don't know the whole story. The cop might be an idiot or he might be a hero. We just can't tell from the video what exactly caused this incident. Let's just be glad that nobody was hurt.

I would pull over, but then again I carry. Funny thing though, I ride a lot and I never have bad experiences with police. In fact, I can't think of a single bad encounter with a cop in my 8 years of riding. Usually they just want to talk bikes. I guess it pays to be friendly and law abiding. Funny thing.
