@AmphetamineCrown: Great info! I'll have to check into selling "first" copy mps3s as either an mp3 (via flash storage, email, etc.) and via burning it to a CD.

@AmphetamineCrown: I understand that breaking the CD or potentially selling it later wouldn't make my importing the CD illegal ex post facto, but there's nothing that states that I have to prove that I owned a particular CD? Can I sell my .mp3s the same way that I'd sell my CDs?

If I take an audio CD, import it into iTunes, and accidentally break my CD, do I need to keep my broken CD to prove that I didn't pirate the music? Must I delete the music now? How does this work?

@AnonJr: I'm waiting for the iPhone 4G before I decide to purchase the HTC HD2.

Windows has a handy feature - when you right-click, you can choose "Send to..." and easily copy a file to your flash drive. Also, you can cut/copy a file and paste it wherever you want. Is there a way to achieve this in OSX?
