But your choices are ear chopped or head chopped off, and not making a choice means a higher risk of getting your head chopped off, you’d have to be an idiot not to choose to have your ear chopped off.

Then... don’t watch it?

I don’t think adoptive mothers are on birth certificates in the UK. I think there’s a separate adoption certificate that’s added but the original birth certificate remains the same.

80s country club villain’s wife or posh geriatric toddler. And I think that’s actually the point of them.

Your argument is only valid if Biden and Trump were equally bad. But only a naive and idiotic leftie actualy thinks Biden is just as bad as Trump, and if you’re that irrational and dogmatic, then getting you to see logic is like trying to get MAGAts to understand logic, so it’s pointless to even engage.

I’m not American so I just live here, don’t get to vote. But my primary pick would have been Elizabeth Warren.

So what do you suggest then, in order to not have to vote for Biden but also not re-elect Trump?

He also voted for Ginsberg. There is zero chance he will pick a Clarence Thomas to the court if elected president. There is a 100% chance Trump will pick a rabid conservative the next time he has the chance.

Sometimes you will only be presented with shitty choices. You pick the less shitty option and try to limit the damage. It’s not that complicated.

Sad but true.

My bad! I’d totally forgotten he was nominated by Biden during his first term as president of the US in the early 90s!

Please explain how the Supreme Court would be worse off under Biden than under Trump.

That moral superiority must pay really well if you’re ok with risking another 4 more years of Trump just to hold on to it.

Again, you seem more concerned with settling scores and the prospect of saying ‘gotcha’ to... anyone who wasn’t a die hard Bernie bro I guess? Than you are with what’s actually at stake here. I guess it’s good to know you don’t actually plan on acting on the dumb shit you’re saying but if anything it makes even less

Sure. If you’re ok with four more years of Trump. And it sounds like you are, and like you care more about being a contrarian than anything else. Must be nice to be so privileged you’re willing to risk Trump getting reelected just to make your point.

This isn’t about sympathy. It’s about having to make a choice and choosing the lesser evil. And yeah, I’m sympathetic with people doing whatever it takes to convince themselves to make that choice regardless of how imperfect the candidate is. But like I said, there’s no excuse for people who don’t vote for this

Um, he’s not though. Because Trump is consistently moving further and further to the right in new and increasingly terrifying ways. I don’t know you well enough to know if you’re actually that dumb or if you don’t read the news, or if you’re just being disingenuous.

Yeah, I think people don’t want to admit even to themselves that they might be choosing to back a rapist just to defeat Trump. It’s called denialism. People don’t want to acknowledge - sometimes even to themselves - that they’d be willing to compromise their principles and do something like, say, vote for a rapist to

Not if my choices are someone accused of sexual assault who’s not Trump, and Trump.

You seem to care more about sticking it to your political opponents within the Democratic party and its electorate, than about the big picture. And that’s your right. Honestly, I can’t even bring myself to have even half an emotion for stuff that might have gotten me worked up a month and a half ago. I don’t give a
