Before Super Tuesday I genuinely could not decide if the best strategy for the democrats to beat Trump was a moderate or Bernie, because maybe Bernie could get young people and people who don’t normally participate in the process out to vote in sufficient numbers. Super Tuesday answered my question.

Why would I do that? Black voters - especially older black women - are the backbone of the Democratic Party. The youth vote, however, is notoriously unreliable worldwide. They make a lot of noise and then don’t actually bother showing up. It’s politics 101.
