I am AAPI, my wife is white. The first time I met her dad, I noticed he had a swastika tattoo on his calf. I asked about it, and he said he was dumb when he was young and he regret ever having done it. He owned up to his mistake and him and I had a great relationship until he passed 3 months before the wedding.

No suggestion with a sliding door? As soon to be new parents, they don’t know what they are missing.

and waiting in that Costco gas line too...

The whole seeing rear occupant thing, it is nothing new. The current-gen Odyssey has it on higher trims, we have had ours since 2018, and sure, it was helpful when the kids were babies, but not so much these days.

If anyone needs more contexts about safety issues related to the LA Metro system:

Would be interesting, if available, the data behind the $1K/mo payment.  Not only the type of car, but the demographic of the owners.

A great-looking car up front.  The 2nd half of the car, please do over.

I think I paid about $33K for the ‘22 Crosstrek Limited for my folks. Ordered in Nov 2021, took delivery Feb 2022. I looked up KBB the other day and I can sell it for $32K.

2nd - as if the tax incentive isn’t bad enough of an issue, Hyundai and Kia dealers are doing crazy markups on their EVs.  Looked at a Ioniq 5 Limited last week, dealer wanted $5K over MSRP + another $1K for “dealer installed accessories”.  Thanks but no thanks.

Maybe someone should tell Acura about the whole lipstick on a pig thing.

The officer provided him at least three chances to clear things up. He sticks to his stupidity and now he and his family will have the rest of eternity to think about it.

I really hope they make a Ranger version, or even the rumored next gen electric Taco would do.

This is what you actually get.

Tip of the iceberg of the American financial illiterate.

CYA

So Cal resident here, I can confirm I live with idiots. People don’t know how to drive or fully operate/maintain their vehicles on a dry day.

Fact.

It’s an understatement to call the Air a beautiful car.”

We don’t need everyone to drive EVs, what we do need is people to come to their senses and drive smaller vehicles.  There is a place for trucks and large people haulers, but this and all the other variants accomplish nothing other than saying “look at me, look at me”.

This guy, although genius, is far from original.
