Thanks for the insight and feedback!  I figure if we get one, I will do the same setup as my Passport now, which is a seatback cover, tuxmat for the floor and seat protector under their booster.

Since you own both, a question for you...how does the interior hold up over time? I have two little ones and a dog that currently rides in the cargo area of our van/SUV.

This. This is why I have completely moved my riding indoor and only on protected bike paths. If I continued to ride and train outside, the likelihood of me getting hit and my kids growing up without their dad is a given, 100%.

Same observation. At the price point, literally DOA. They though they can just put their PR dept into overdrive and blast their name on everything, including the Ironman Championship. But in the end, if the product is lackluster, no amount of PR will help that.

1st - Vinfast, stay in your lane.

Cross the way neighbor just went out and bought a new Tahoe Z71 to replace their still functioning Suburban. Given the markup and interest rate, who knows what the final price was for the $70K MSRP SUV.

Its Florida.

In a few years when the kids are no longer in booster seats....for now, I can only see and admire from afar.

Elon:

100% agree.  Being well lit also provide better safety for folks at night too.

Indoor/outdoor rec area.  With harsh winters, give the neighborhood a place where they can still run around and play ball during the winter months.  Do it right and you can attract leagues and tournaments to bring in visitors/income.

To the one person in the room that is still waiting for this...

2019 Honda Passport owner here. Can’t speak for the Pilot, but I can tell you mine is a heavy car, a little over 4K lbs. On city streets, I get high teens with light driving. But on the freeway, no problem getting 25mpg+. FWIW, we also have a 2019 Odyssey, same engine, but the MPG is a lot better. We got close to 30

Again...why is financial literacy class not a prereq at the high school level?

All sounds delicious, sign me up for 100!

are they run flats?

All that and land.  They already have land earmarked for stations and can transform to EV charging spots easily.

I honestly hope there are more stories like this.  So many people engaged in car flipping over the last year or so priced out people who actually needed a car at a reasonable price.

Yikes, I didn’t even think about that.  This makes me wonder if they have to write off the negative on their next financial.

I am going to guess the owner bought it to flip it, only to realize the market was gone overnight.
