I cannot say for elsewhere, but dime a dozen here in so cal. Teslas, Broncos, basically all the trendy cars over the last 1+ yr. People were, at one point, flipping for thousands in profit. Unfortunately for this CL ad’s owner, he/she will be holding the bag on this one.

Yup, it is happening in real time. CL ad for a just delivered Model Y and screenshot of one in inventory for immediate delivery in the same area.

For the LA/OC/SD region, pretty much all of their 3 and Y inventory were gone about 12 hours after they announced the 7,500 end of yr incentive. Just a small glimpse of people that might to stuck with a up side down loan overnight.

Fact.  As my wife and I were packing up to leave, we said we are probably good for another 10 years before visiting again.

I think the overhead ped bridges are great, slightly bias because I grew up in Hong Kong and thats how you get around. But the issue is there is no straight shot to get from where you are to the bridge, and once you get there, half the time the escalator doesn’t work and if you are traveling with wheelchair or

5th - I wonder what the repo rate is for lux brands like BMW and MB right now with the layoff wave...

The monorail only runs on one side of the strip. If you are on that side and need to get across, prepare to walk. Why they didn’t built a close loop system is beyond me.

Family and I went to Vegas for spring break last year and stayed at the Marriott Grand Cheteau since it is a non gaming property right off the strip. We left a few days before last year’s NFL draft, a few observations:

Reverse: Picture from 2016 when I took my oldest to see the Endeavour. First time for the both of us and it was special. It is amazing considering the amount of engineering that went in from concept to prototype to final.  Highly recommended for anyone who plans to visit LA to visit the science center.

Gonna be delicious watching this guy fall from whatever pedestal he thought he was on top of.

Agree about 3/Y.  Almost pulled the trigger last month when they had the $7500 deal but in the end, we couldn’t get over the built quality and software, considering little ones will be riding in it.  I’ve been checking out the I4 M50 and if I have to make a decision today, it will probably be that.

For the money, there are better options out there. Will be interested to see what they do now and if the tax incentives will help.

My heart goes out to his family and kids.  Nothing short of a shit sandwich here.

Agree.  Toyota has the Camry/Tacoma, Ford has the F-150, Tesla is the Model S. Its like Air Jordans, the product defines the brand and it is about time they put in some serious changes to make it better to resurrect the brand.

1st: It was never sustainable. You literally had people buying new cars at above MSRP, drive it a few months to have fun, then trade it in for a few thousand ABOVE the already marked up original MSRP. Then you have Carmax and others buying inventory at high prices because they though people would keep coming. Well,

LOL.  Did you skip your chill pill today?  Been tracking TSLA figures since IPO, so I don’t think I need to explain my understanding of the company to you but hey, if you feel like you know more than by all means if it makes you feel important.

Gonna be interesting watching TSLA. This piece of news from China plus the latest promo in the US where you can knock off $3,750 for existing new inventory on their site.

That backend...yikes.
