Ya, its already caged and i imagine id basically just cut the whole floor out of the back and weld in the miata subframe and tie it all into the cage. yes, I have 2. ones a race car (as pictured in my icon) and the other one is a rusty parts car now after 3 chicago winters. I didnt put a deposit in because who knows when itll ever happen and i knew i was going to need a new car before it came out.

I fell the exact same way. I’ve wanted to buy one, both to support them and it the perfect fit for my commuting situation. Too bad its taking so long because ive bought the next best thing, a miata.

The schtick is a bit annoying, but hearing someone new to the sport describing things in a really real way was amusing. I really liked his take on explaining “clean” and “dirty” air. It was so perfect that if i ever have to explain aerodynamics effect on passing that is the way to do it.
